- Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- Prices and payment details for online courses are shown at the point of purchase.
Consultations
The initial 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated missed appointments without notice may mean we are unable to offer further free consultations.

- Access lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Course materials remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your own professional development.
- Refunds: you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed the course content. Once you start accessing the course you agree that your right to cancel is lost. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s confidential information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the services.
Intellectual property
We keep ownership of our methods, templates and materials. Deliverables created specifically for you are licensed or assigned as set out in the agreed proposal.
