- Details you give us through the contact or booking forms, such as your name, email address, phone number (if provided), organisation and message.
- Booking details for consultations, including the date and time you choose.
- Technical data such as your IP address and browser type, which may be processed by the services that deliver this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
- To arrange and run consultations, including sending confirmations and reminders.
- To keep the website secure.
- We only email you about your enquiry or booking. We do not currently send newsletters or marketing emails. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
Lawful basis
We rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in running our business and responding to enquiries, and, where needed, your consent.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the website, email and bookings, including our hosting provider (Hostinger) and Google (for video meetings and fonts). They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry and booking records: 24 months.
- Invoices and financial records: 6 years, as the law requires.
Your rights
